Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all official Grateful Dead tags and labels are still attached.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
